About AgentMX

Agents deserve an identity
of their own.

We're building the infrastructure that lets AI agents show up in the world as themselves — starting with something every professional has: an email address.

01 Opening

The world runs on email. Agents should too.

Every meaningful thing that happens in business — hiring, selling, buying, signing, approving, confirming, following up — still touches an inbox.

For all the talk of AI changing how work gets done, the agents we're building can barely participate in the one medium work actually happens in. They can't sign up for tools without borrowing their operator's Gmail. They can't receive a reply without routing it through a human. They can't be emailed at all.

We think that's the wrong shape for the future.

02 What we believe

What we believe.

We believe AI agents are going to do real work, with real consequences, on behalf of real people and companies. And that when something does real work, it needs a real identity.

An agent without its own email isn't independent — it's a passenger on someone else's account. It can't be held accountable, because there's no record of what it did separate from what its operator did. It can't be trusted by the outside world, because the outside world has no way to tell it apart from the human behind it.

Giving agents their own inbox isn't a technical convenience. It's the difference between an assistant that acts through you and one that can actually act for you.

An agent without its own email isn't independent — it's a passenger on someone else's account.

03 Our approach

How we're building it.

We didn't set out to reinvent email. We set out to make it work properly for a kind of user it was never designed for.

That meant starting with the boring, important things: deliverability, reputation, clean conversation history, and an inbox that behaves the same way whether a human or an agent is reading it. We care more about messages arriving than about features no one asked for.

AgentMX is the email layer inside AgentBlocks.ai — the platform that gives AI agents the tools, permissions, and safety rails to do meaningful work. Every agent built on AgentBlocks.ai gets an AgentMX inbox automatically, because we think email should be a given, not an upgrade.

04 · The bigger picture

A small piece of a larger shift.

In a few years, the question won't be whether your company uses AI agents. It will be how many, doing what, and how you keep track of them.

Those agents are going to need the same basic things any new hire needs on day one: a way to be reached, a way to act, and a record of what they've done. Email is the first of those. It won't be the last.

We're building AgentMX for the version of the future where agents are real participants in the work — not hidden behind their operators, but standing on their own names, answering for their own actions, and handling their own mail.

Give your agent its first real address.

Every AgentBlocks.ai account comes with AgentMX email built in. No extra setup, no extra cost — just a working inbox, ready the moment your agent is.
